I found my dentist. Dr Fana is very knowledgeable and skilled. All of my questions were answered. I was in and out, but it didn’t feel rushed. The whole team was positive and non-judgmental. I had difficulty experiences with dentists in the past but I had no choice and had to see one. From the start, even the assistants and front desk made me start to feel at ease. The office is very clean and has a really cool modern scanner called Itero which lets you actually see your teeth (not just an X-ray). I have never had that experience at the dentist. Also, I felt like the dentist was not pushy but educated me on all of the options and actually took her time to listen to what way important to me. I am so happy and relieved to have found this practice.

Super nice staff!! Went to get cavity fillings and they made me feel very comfortable throughout the whole process. Asked me multiple time if I was doing alright and I really appreciated that because I have more sensitive teeth. Have been getting teeth checked for a couple years, highly recommend! 🙂

It was my first visit, and I can honestly say it was one of the most pleasant dentist appointments I’ve ever had. Dr. Fana was thorough, caring, and attentive throughout the entire process. She took the time to answer all of my questions and provided detailed information about both the cleaning and the fillings I was receiving. I’ve never felt as comfortable during a dental visit as I did with Dr. Fana. She frequently checked in with me to make sure I was doing okay during the cleaning and fillings, which is something I really appreciated. I highly recommend her—10 out of 10!

I Went to my first dental appointment at this office and it was great! I haven’t been to the dentist in years due to not having the best experience at other offices. I am not a huge fan of going to the dentist in general but Waterman Boulevard Family Dentistry really took the time to make me feel comfortable and welcome. The dentist I saw was Dr. J. The staff was all incredibly friendly and professional. I'm always super nervous going in to see the dentist and they calmed me down. You could tell how much experience the staff had working with one another's they were so cohesive and never made me uncomfortable. Highly recommended for any dental procedure large or small.

I was able to be seen quickly when I had a complaint of tooth pain. The office has good COVID protocols and all staff were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. The dentist showed me photos of my teeth to make sure I understood the recommended treatment. The front desk staff helped me understand my insurance coverage and offered a generous payment plan.

Went in for a crown and a cavity , they are friendly , clean and did a fantastic job . It took him a little bit to get me numb but once he did he was gentle and very patient ! This was my first time and I will definitely be making this my office ! My insurance covered most of the costs , wasn't happy about the $500 lab fee which my insurance did not cover but sometimes you have to pay for quality work and product . Great place , great job and the front office lady is super friendly and helpful . The photos they have posted must be out dated , none of those people was in this office , my dentist was a younger Asian man ,, who was fantastic...

Went in today for our new patient exams/cleaning and it was a wonderful experience. They were able to schedule was quickly and they take Concordia insurance (active duty families 😉). Staff was very friendly. Office is clean. Visit started promptly. X-rays happened right from the chair. Cleaning was thorough. Doctor is friendly and clear with diagnosis/instructions. *I told them my jaw gets so sore from holding it open and I was offered a block to bite on...GAME CHANGER! I have never had an easier time during a cleaning* I prefer family practices so we can all go know the same day and they were more than happy to accommodate all 5 of us. 🙂

I scheduled a last minute, same day appointment with them because I was in a lot of pain and they were able to squeeze me in and take care of me. The woman at the front desk was extremely kind and helpful. I visited this dentist on 10-13-20 and was very impressed. The inside of the building has a very relaxing feeling which helped calm my nerves. The dentists acted like they knew what they're doing and explained to me what needed to be done and why. They also asked me questions to try and figure out how I got my teeth in bad shape and what I could do to strengthen my teeth and try to prevent future problems. I've had so many problems with other dentists like Western Dental and am so happy to find a dentist that knows what they are doing and care about the patient. I would absolutely recommend this dentist if you live in Fairfield CA.
